Rental turnover punch lists

Working through the list of small repairs between tenants in one organized request.

Send the full list between tenants as one request: patching, touch-ups, hardware, trim, and small adjustments. Nate reviews the whole list and says which items he can take on.

What this can include

  • Wall patching and paint touch-ups
  • Door, latch, and hardware fixes
  • Trim, blinds hardware, and small adjustments
  • Caulk refresh in kitchens and baths
  • And more. Describe your project.

Photos and details to send

  • A photo per item, labeled by room
  • A wide shot of each room
  • Anything you are unsure about

Limitations

Cleaning, appliance repair, pest work, and licensed trades are not part of punch-list work. Not every list item may be accepted.

How to request a quote

Use the form with your city, a description, and at least one photo. Nate reviews it and follows up about scope and availability. A request is not a booked appointment.

Project details

Add a photo and describe what you’d like done. Nate will review it before calling so he’s prepared to discuss the work and pricing.

JPG, PNG, WebP, or iPhone HEIC. Up to five photos, 8 MB each.
Your details and photos are emailed directly to Nate from this form. Photos are resized and photo metadata is removed. Please don’t upload access codes or private documents.

Nate will confirm scope and availability. Sending this request does not book an appointment.
